Mixed formats in one go

Staying under 200 KB
There is no one-click target size here, so for an image to PDF under 200kb result, shrink each page first and the PDF follows:
- Crop each photo to the paper edge with crop.
- Resize to about 1200 px on the longest side with resize.
- Compress with Exact size to about 90 KB for each of two pages.
- Convert to one PDF with A4 pages.
Staying under 100 KB
One page at about 90 KB, or two pages at about 45 KB each, gives a PDF under 100 KB. Text at 1000-1200 px on the long side is still readable for most certificates.
Limits of 500 KB or 1 MB
With a bigger limit, keep more detail. Four pages at about 110 KB each fit a 500kb limit, and eight to ten pages fit 1mb.
Aadhaar card to PDF: front and back in one file
